RoadRunner is a mobile application that connects truck drivers and the general public (“Users”) with independent contractors who provide tire road services (“Contractors”). The App facilitates the request, scheduling, and execution of tire road services, including tire repair, replacement, and related services.

Contractor Relationship

RoadRunner acts solely as a platform to connect Users with Contractors. Contractors are independent third-party service providers who are not employed, affiliated, or controlled by the Company. The Company does not have control over the quality, timing, or availability of the services provided by Contractors. The Company disclaims any liability arising from the actions or omissions of Contractors.

User Responsibilities

a. Eligibility: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
b. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while using the App, including contact details, vehicle information, and service requirements.
c. User Conduct: You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or improper purposes.

Contractor Responsibilities

a. Contractor Eligibility: Contractors must meet the Company’s eligibility criteria, which may include verification of insurance, appropriate licenses, and certifications.
b. Service Quality: Contractors must provide services with the highest level of professionalism, skill, and care. They should use reasonable efforts to perform services promptly and efficiently.
c. Compliance: Contractors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while providing services through the App.

Service Requests and Payments

a. Service Requests: Users may request tire road services through the App. Contractors will be notified of service requests and have the option to accept or decline them based on availability.
b. Pricing: The App will display the estimated cost of the requested services, including any applicable taxes and fees. The final cost may vary based on factors such as additional services required
